No matter which branch of the government that you are dealing with,
knowing what to do and where to find the information necessary to secure a
favorable outcome is difficult. That's why Elder Advantage exists. We know
the specifics of the federal Medicaid laws (and the specific interpretations
that each state uses of those laws) regarding the eligibility and application
process for the Nursing Home Medicaid Program.  In addition, we have
years of experience in multiple states including, but not limited to, Kentucky,
Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois and many more. We have worked on numerous
cases to obtain eligibility for our clients without resorting to the long and
complicated appeals process.  We plan ahead to ensure that you won't be
forced to endure unnecessary waiting for your benefits due to simple
logistical errors. However, if you have already started your claim process and
received an unfavorable decision, we can assist you through the difficult
appeals process as well.

Our Planning Process involves two steps:
1. We will perform a systematic analysis of your individual
situation based on your family, health, and financial resource; and

2. We will then develop a specific strategy to preserve your wealth
from unnecessary taxes, probate fees and hidden medical costs
which can fall on the unwary.
Your plan may also include referrals to appropriate professionals for legal or
financial products if necessary.
