Meet Our President and CEO Nicole L. Hawkins, CSA

After several years of exemplary work with one of the country’s most aggressive and successful Elder Law attorneys, Mrs. Hawkins has focused her expertise and experience in the arena of Elder Planning for the private citizens of our community. This includes, but is not limited to, VA Benefits Education, Nursing Home Planning and non-attorney Medicaid Representation.

Nicole obtained her degree in Education from Central Texas College. She also completed a rigorous training program with the Society of Certified Senior Advisors to obtain her "Certified Senior Advisor" status.

Mrs. Hawkins holds her membership in the Society of Certified Senior Advisors in good standing. (Learn more (pdf) about why being a CSA is important.) Nicole is also a member of the National Care Planning Council, a national alliance of eldercare advisers and providers.

Mrs. Hawkins' services have been sought by Elder Law and Financial professionals in the past for her knowledge and expert advice and now, she seeks to assist you and your loved ones with the same intricate and diverse matters surrounding Nursing Home and Estate Planning, VA Benefits and Medicaid Consultation.  

Mrs. Hawkins has been featured as a guest speaker at the KY Association of Gerentology's Conference on Aging www.kagky.org along with several other informational seminars given to the public.

Nicole has been featured in the Owensboro Messenger-Inquirer and on radio shows several times to discuss her experience and share her knowledge about Medicaid and VA planning and its impact on our aging population. She has handled numerous Nursing Home Medicaid and VA cases with varying degrees of severity and complication; while leading all to successful Medicaid benefit attainment in the smoothest and most professional manner possible.
